Waterhead & St James’ Neighbourhood Policing Team Surgeries at NEON
Your Neighbourhood Policing Team is a group of local police officers and staff dedicated to serving our community. The team is made up of police officers and a dedicated Police Community Support Officer (PCSO). These are supported by additional officers and staff from the wider area.
They work closely with local authorities, community leaders and residents to decide the policing priorities for our area. This helps them to find useful, long-term solutions to local problems, while maintaining our wider focus on the basics: to fight, prevent and reduce crime, whilst keeping people safe and caring for victims.
Your local neighbourhood policing team will be at NEON every month holding an hour long surgery to enable residents to discuss any issues that they may be having in the community. Please pop in to say hello and chat to the team if you are passing or wish to raise a concern.
